As a free service, The W3 Group offers account holders a "Hangar" from which to retrieve, at any time, purchased and free downloads. The W3 Group Reserves the right to terminate this service at any time. It is the end-user's responsibility to "back up" any such software on his/her local computer in compliance with The W3 Group's License agreement. Access to and use of the Site may be monitored by The W3 Group.
