This is a virtual "hangar" uniquely assigned to you, in which all your chosen products (aircraft or sceneries) are stored. Once you have completed the purchase process, (or in the case of free planes, pressed the "add to hangar" button), all of the products you have chosen will be found in your hangar ready for download. These will stay in your hangar (in accordance with our terms and conditions) for you to download at any time. This unique free service from The W3 Group provides you with an on-line backup of your downloads.

When purchasing a W3 Group model you will have the option to place a personalized label at a pre-designated location on the model itself before it is downloaded. Each time you return to your hangar to download the same plane, you will be given the option to change the label.

Once you have purchased a plane and it is in your hangar ready for download, you will notice on it's description an "assigned tail number". This tail number is unique to YOUR purchased plane and is registered to you as the purchaser. Once the plane has been downloaded, that tail number is printed on the actual plane and can be seen while running Reflex. This number will always be printed on the plane and cannot be changed even if it is downloaded again.
